Aetrum is led by Bergin Panimayam, an architect with more than 25 years of software engineering and architecture experience, including over 15 years on the Salesforce platform. He has delivered across organizations such as Yahoo, AOL, Verizon, Capital One, and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), as well as state government and federal delivery environments.

Bergin's work spans CRM implementations, complex enterprise integrations, and platform architecture, with a current focus on AI-enabled service operations and Salesforce credential, integration, and governance practices. His healthcare experience includes five years at NCQA, where he served as a Senior Application Developer. Later, following the AOL and Yahoo merger, he architected and led the technical consolidation of the two companies' Salesforce orgs, including large-scale data migration. Most recently at Yahoo, he built the Salesforce integration behind a custom agentic customer support platform delivered in collaboration with Sierra AI, connecting case and subscription data to an AI agent layer. That work reflects the firm's core belief: the platform matters less than the architecture that connects it to everything else. He is the creator of OrgGuard, a Salesforce-native credential and dependency governance product, and through Aetrum he helps organizations assess org health, map integration and certificate dependencies, and strengthen the reliability and governance of their Salesforce environments. Aetrum works with nonprofits and associations, healthcare and HealthTech organizations, and teams in financial services, federal, and other industries who need the same answers. On healthcare engagements, Aetrum teams with Rick A. Moore of MTC Group, whose background is in healthcare information security and advisory.

Bergin holds five Salesforce certifications, including three at the architect level: Application Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Platform Data Architect. He holds a master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

    Rick is the Founder and CEO of MTC Group LLC, a healthcare information security and advisory practice. He is a results driven executive leader with extensive experience in complex healthcare organizations, combining over 20 years of military service as a retired Air Force Major with 20 years in the private not for profit sector.

    Rick helped co-create the eCQM standards adopted into national health reform policy under ARRA/HITECH, and led the NCQA HEDIS transformation to the Digital Quality Measures format. At NCQA he developed the Data Aggregator Validation program, which democratizes digital data for use in quality measurement reporting. Earlier, at NACHRI, he led development of the Pediatric Quality Measurement System. He serves as Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University and Hofstra University, teaching healthcare management, informatics, privacy and security, and project management.

    Rick holds a PhD in Health Related Sciences from Virginia Commonwealth University, a graduate degree in Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a graduate degree in Management from Troy State University.

    Working together: Through the Aetrum and MTC Group teaming relationship, Rick brings clients HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 readiness, healthcare quality data strategy, and information security program leadership alongside Aetrum's Salesforce architecture and platform governance work.
